||KICCS Provider and STARS Portal
The Kentucky Integrated Child Care System (KICCS) Portal is a web-based application used by child care providers, Quality Enhancement Initiative staff, STARS Quality Coordinators and professional development counselors.
The KICCS Provider Portal portion of the site is used by child care providers to access and submit their provider billing forms, receive remittances, and submit recoupments electronically.
The STARS Portal allows submission of provider applications for the STARS for Kids Now program and technical assistance notes.
