Due to the migration of child care cases to the Benefind system, remittances show a discontinuance date of Sept. 30 for enrollments. Please disregard this notation on the remittance. Client certificates are still in approved status.

||KICCS Provider and STARS Portal
The Kentucky Integrated Child Care System (KICCS) Portal is a web-based application used by child care providers, Quality Enhancement Initiative staff, STARS Quality Coordinators and professional development counselors.
The KICCS Provider Portal portion of the site is usedChanges by child care providers to access and submit their provider billing forms, receive remittances, and submit recoupments electronically.
The STARS Portal allows submission of provider applications for the STARS for Kids Now program and technical assistance notes.
