The Child Safety Branch provides oversight, technical assistance and services related to in-home services and collaboration to keep children and families together and safe.
There are two sections in the Child Safety Branch:
If you believe a child is being abused, neglected or is dependent, you should call the Child Protection Hot Line number below or the Protection and Permanency office in your county.

Kentucky Safe Infants Act |

The Kentucky Safe Infants Act allows parents to leave babies younger than three days old at a safe place. So if you are pregnant and feel you can't keep your baby, don't leave your baby in a dangerous situation. There is help!
