FRYSC Forms and Reports Due Dates and Submission Guidelines
CPP Timeline FY 15-16
Dec. 1 free/reduced lunch counts are to be submitted on the Green System center information pages no later than Dec. 21. Since Dec. 1 is on a weekend, you will use the Dec. 2 counts. Please submit the numbers as soon as they are available.
Below are the forms for the FY 15-16 Continuation Program Plan are due no later than March 1, 2014.
All documents are to be uploaded to the Green System center information pages. Only documents with signatures should be scanned. All others should be uploaded in their original format (Word or Excel).
New Budget Spreadsheet
Submit the center budget using the FY 15 Budget and Budget Change Form when allocation amounts are distributed. Several changes have been made to the form. For purposes of the CPP, only the first page should be completed. Note that the narrative space is located directly beneath each line item, rather than on a separate tab. To enter/view text, expand the rows.
To eliminate confusion, the same form will be used for all budget changes, whether revisions or amendments, throughout the fiscal year.
