Continuation Program Plan FYs 09-10

Per-student center funding for SFY 09 will be $207 - a reduction of $3 per student.  As a result, all continuation centers must submit the following:

• revised continuation coversheet - an updated form has been posted below with the appropriate formulas included
• revised budget page; and
• revised budget narrative

The originals should be sent to Terry Goodlett in the Frankfort office, and a copy should be mailed to your respective regional program manager.  The deadline for submitting new documentation is Thursday, May 15 - sooner, if possible.
