Volunteer Management Tools

In Oct. 2005, KCCVS staff hosted seven regional meetings to collect information and input to help the commission better support grassroots volunteer organizations around the state.

From Owensboro to Ashland, one common theme emerged: volunteer groups need and want access to good program and personnel management information and documents.

In response, we've developed a catalog of forms, information and Internet resources we hope will help with day-to-day volunteer organization management tasks.

The forms come from a variety of sources and address a variety of needs. Please feel free to use, modify and adapt these resources as you like to make management of your volunteers and volunteer programs more efficient and effective.
