Provider KenPac and Lock-in Information

KenPac Provider Information

The Kentucky Patient Access and Care (KenPAC) system is a primary care case management program providing members a medical home and primary care provider (PCP).

By becoming a PCP in KenPAC, you will:

  • Have a consumer base and the opportunity to work with members over time for better outcomes
  • Increase access to primary and preventive care services for members
  • Enhance member health status
  • Reduce future health care expenditures

Eligible KenPAC PCPs include:

  • Individual physicians
  • Advanced registered nurse practitioners
  • Group practices
  • Federally qualified health care centers
  • Rural health clinics
  • Primary care centers and clinics

For members who want to change their Kenpac physician call (800) 635-2570 and for providers who want to make a Kenpac change call (877)838-5085.

Lock-in Provider Information

Lock-in matches a member to one provider and one pharmacy for one year at a time, if there is reason to believe that a member is over-utilizing services.
