First Steps Home
Through the leadership and encouragement of the KEIS-ICC, Kentucky has established District Early Intervention Committees (DEICs) in all 15 Area Development Districts. The DEICs encourage and support local interagency coordination, identify early childhood issues and service gaps and help plan district service delivery systems for eligible infants and toddlers from birth to age 3 and their families. Each DEIC is represented by parents and public and private service providers who meet to share information. Listed below are DEIC contacts.
