Pools and Bathing Facilities Regulated Planning and Designing

No person shall begin construction, construct or substantially change, alter or reconstruct any public swimming and bathing facility until plans and specifications, with supporting design data as required for the proposed review of plans, have first been submitted in quintuplicate (five sets) to the Cabinet for Health and Family Services through the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction and have been approved in writing by all state and local agencies having jurisdiction. All construction shall be in accordance with approval plans.  The front page of the plans shall contain the name of the swimming and bathing facility, location by city and county, name of its owner and name of the engineer, architect or person preparing the plans.
