Media Advisory: Food Stamp Program to Receive $1.4 Million Bonus for Excellent Customer Service
FRANKFORT, Ky. (Nov. 14, 2007) – Officials from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) will present a check for more than $1.4 million to the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services’ (CHFS) Department for Community Based Services on Thursday as an award for exemplary service delivery in the state’s Food Stamp Program.
Officials will be available to answer media questions after the presentation ceremony.
