- Send a copy of the certificate for posting to the CHFS intranet.

The CHFS Employee Recognition Committee (ERC) is made up of Cabinet employees working together to improve the work environment, advocate for employee recognition and serve as an employee recognition resource.
ERC includes representatives from all over CHFS. For more information on membership, contact your personnel administrator.

Just-in-Time Awards |

Employees, particularly supervisors, are strongly encouraged to recognize exceptional individual and team work performance on an ongoing basis. Research indicates that timely, sincere, personal recognition is most meaningful. It also shows work that is recognized is repeated.
