*Children whose family income falls between the 151 to 200 percent of the federal poverty level and qualify for KCHIP are not eligible for non-emergency transportation or EPSDT Special Services.

A monthly $20 premium is required for children enrolled in KCHIP whose family household income is from 151 percent to 200 percent of the federal poverty level. You will receive a monthly bill if you have to pay a premium.
