Who We Are

The Division of Program Performance is responsible for completing monthly random reviews of Public Assistance programs administered by the Division of Family Support and the Division of Child Care.

The division houses two sections responsible for completing these reviews. The Public Assistance (PA) Section and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Section. The division is also responsible for completing random reviews on eligibility for childcare assistance.

Information such as error trends and monthly percentages are provided to state and federal partners in order to develop corrective actions, new training procedures, and system changes to enhance ongoing performance.
