The Cabinet for Health and Family Services' social services are primarily delivered by the Department for Community Based Services, with heavy collaboration from many areas of the cabinet. The cabinet provides services for Kentuckians of all ages and backgrounds including public assistance programs and facilitating programs that support underserved or vulnerable populations.
