Speak Up: Help Improve HIV Care in Kentucky

World AIDS Day is coming up on December 1, 2025. The Kentucky HIV/AIDS Planning and Advisory Council (KHPAC) wants to hear from people across the state. They are asking people to fill out a short survey to help make a better plan for stopping and treating HIV. You’ll find a flyer below about the survey that you can share with others. Please hang it up and try to share it with as many people as you can!
There is also a website link below that you can click to take the survey. The survey is open until December 1, 2025 (World AIDS Day). KHPAC’s goal is to hear from 500 people, and your voice matters!

Why It’s Important:
  • Your answers will help decide how Kentucky handles HIV from 2027 to 2031.
  • The information will be used by the whole state and by local groups.
  • It’s a chance for people like you to be heard.
  • This is an opportunity to ensure the voices of clients, communities, and providers are front and center in KHPAC’s planning process.
What You Can Do:
  • Take the survey if you are part of the community or have experience with HIV.
  • Share the flyer with others.
  • Post the survey link in places people can see it, like waiting rooms or community centers.

Even people who work in HIV care can take part. They are part of the community too! Later this year, there will be another survey just for workers in this field.
