Public Hearing
The Department for Aging and Independent Living will host a public hearing to review the Kentucky State Plan on Aging prior to submission to the Administration for Community Living. The plan is required by the Older Americans Act and will be effective October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2028.
The public hearing will be held virtually at 1 p.m., EST on Thursday, June 27, 2024. Click here to access the Zoom link for the hearing.

Unclaimed Guardianship Property
The
Registry of Guardianship Unclaimed Property includes names of deceased Cabinet guardianship clients with unclaimed estates valued at less than $10,000. Unclaimed property may consist of money or personal items other than vehicles and real estate.
