Hemophilia Program

​The Kentucky Hemophilia Program, administered by the Office for Children with Special Health Care Needs (OCSHCN), provides ongoing care to children and adults with hemophilia and other rare bleeding disorders.

Hemophilia Treatment Centers are operated by the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville.

OCSHCN and the Hemophilia Treatment Centers promote coordinated care for patients with the goal of improved overall health and fewer complications.
