KORE Treatment Efforts

KORE seeks to enhance treatment of opioid use disorders (OUD) and stimulant use disorders (StimUD) by helping develop and fund programs in Kentucky which provide evidence-proven services. Treatment is defined as a range of services that are designed to help persons with substance use disorders, and designed to meet biopsychosocial needs that may differ for each individual. Services can include inpatient and outpatient venues for individual or group counseling, medications, as well as evidence-based strategies and activities to assist in behavior change.
