The waiver and PDS branch oversees multiple self-directed programs including PDS for various waivers (SCL, HCB, MP, ABI-A, and ABI-LTC), PCAP, HSL and SILC. Our goal is to train and assist agencies administering these programs so they can provide the best possible guidance for the participants self directing their own programs.
