Medicaid Advisory Committee (MAC) advises DMS regarding Medicaid health and medical care. There are thirty-one (31) members.
All MAC meetings are subject to Kentucky Open Records and Kentucky Open Meetings Act statutes KRS 61.800 - 884.
All meetings will have an opportunity for public comment. The public comment period will be for fifteen minutes at the end of the meeting agenda, with each person given up to three minutes to provide their comment. Public comment sign up will now be done virtually. To sign up for public comment, please complete the Public Comment Sign Up Form. If you are unablle to fill out the form for any reason or need assistance doing so, please call and leave a voicemail at 502-564-2155 with your name and request to share a public comment at the upcoming MAC meeting .
Members of the MAC or a technical advisory committee (TAC) who need special accommodations may email requests to
DMS. Requests should describe the need and requested accommodation. DMS will review the request and determine if the accommodations requested are reasonable. In the event a requested accommodation is deemed not reasonable, DMS will work with the member to identify a reasonable and effective accommodation. Accommodations will be made on a case-by-case basis to address individual member needs.
