NOTICE: Regulation Amended Following Public Comment
Written comments were received during the public comment period for 911 KAR 1:085, Early Hearing Detection and Intervention Program. Comments related to the OCSHCN E-3 form included requests to add Auditory State Response (ASSR) testing to the Audiological Follow-Up form and to include Auditory Neuropathy Spectrum Disorder as a clinical diagnosis.
In response to the comments received, the OCSHCN E-3 form was amended and is available for review at Material Incorporated by Reference - Cabinet for Health and Family Services.

Who is eligible
Kentucky residents younger than 21 with a condition that usually responds to medical treatment provided in our program and who meet financial guidelines.
