The hearing is a public forum open to the public or anyone interested in the delivery of services and establishment of programs for older Kentuckians.  SCSEP provides part-time training opportunities to low-income people aged 55 and older seeking to enter or re-enter the workforce. Participants earn income, gain employment skills, and engage in activities that support independence. Subject to approval of the United States Administration on Community Living and the Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration, the four-year plan describes the planning and implementation process for SCSEP services in Kentucky.

We look forward to your participation in the meeting and welcome your comments and suggestions. For more information, contact Morallia Tran at (502) 564-5759.
