Attention Kentucky Medicaid Members: Patient Access Portal coming soon
Beginning this summer, you can view your health information and find providers all in one place.
The Patient Access Portal gives you acess to all your Medicaid health information and lets you share your health information with doctors or anyone you choose.
As the launch of the Patient Access Portal approaches, we will let you know how to join.
Supporting Kentucky Youth (SKY) Program
(Dec. 29, 2020) - Beginning January 2021, statewide managed care organization Aetna Better Health of Kentucky will manage the new Supporting Kentucky Youth program, also known as SKY. This means children and youth in foster care and out-of-home care, children receiving adoption assistance, dually involved youth and former foster care youth will be enrolled with Aetna for their Medicaid coverage.

Child Immunization Awareness

During the COVID-19 state of emergency, apply for Medicaid presumptive eligibility (PE) online by completing the
COVID-19 Medicaid PE Application. Emergency PE ends two months after the application month unless a traditional Medicaid application is submitted. See
