Child Care Health Consultants

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Child Care Health Consultants (CCHCs) provide guidance on health, safety, and nutrition to child care providers. Trained consultants from local health departments work collaboratively with Child Care Aware coaches to address issues that impact the quality of care. 

CCHCs support the well-being of children and families enrolled in regulated child care programs through consulation, resources and free training on health related topics to child care directors, staff, and families.
