Child Development Resources
The early years of life are very important to a childs health and development. The Division of Child Care provides resources to help families nurture their children's growth. How your child plays, learns, speaks, acts and moves are key milestones and important indicators of your child’s development. Families can track these milestones by using the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Milestone Checklists.
ChildCare.gov offers a range of resources for families to support their child’s health, development and behaviors.
The Kentucky Governor’s Office of Early Childhood provides parent guides and starter kits to help famlies teach their children.
